Windows 10 Network Fix and Optimizer Utility – This is a handy tool for anyone who spends any time troubleshooting Windows network connections.

ProxMox Virtual Environment Download Page – ProxMox is hardware virtualization software. It gets installed before other operating systems. I use it to share one computer between Windows Servers and Linux installations.

netboot.xyz iso – Use this to boot your computer or VM using an image, then select which OS or diagnostics you want to run. Think of it like booting VenToy and then choosing an OS or diagnostic image. The flexibility this offers has quickly made it on of my favorite boot USB images.

netboot.xyz gives you access to a bunch of Linux Live and Installation ISO’s that you may boot over the internet. It also gives you access to a variety of diagnostic tools. More advanced users may choose to use DHCP options on their troubleshooting network.

Gandalf’s Win PE – This is an excellent bootable WinPE USB. It will trigger corporate Windows Defender installations. I recommend that you disable Anti-Virus while you write this ISO to USB drives.

Active@Studio, Active@Boot (Windows), Active@Boot (Linux) – Highly recommended, my ‘go-to’ installed set of utilities for over 10 years and an excellent bootable USB.

Hiren’s Boot – An excellent bootable WinPE USB.

Sergei’s Boot – Another excellent bootable WinPE USB.

MediCAT – This USB has everything… be very careful about inserting this or creating it on a computer with active Anti-Virus… like other bootable USB’s some of its utilities will be blocked by Anti-Virus.

VenToy – Use this to make one USB bootable device that will boot multiple operating systems or images. Sergei’s, Hirens, and Active@ Boot all on the same USB.

Google Chrome Flex OS – Install Chrome Flex OS on that old laptop that you haven’t recycled yet.

Rufus – Use this to customize your Windows installer USB. This allows you to bypass the MS account requirement and may allow you to bypass some Windows 11 requirements.

If you need a minimal install of Windows, consider downloading the International English version, then resetting the language settings to US English.

MS RemoteHelp – A remote help utility similar to MS QuickAssist that requires licensing.
Download and install this upon request.

AnyDesk – An excellent remote help utility that can be used without being installed on the computer.

Chrome Remote Desktop – Chrome Remote Desktop is compatible with Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium based browsers.

OneCommander – A file explorer alternative.

Super God Mode – A script that will generate a metric ton of direct links to various settings on your computer. Very handy. Run per computer.

MS Office – Go to office.com then select install apps from the upper right corner.

MS Teams – Teams – messaging and more.
